To perform professional and administrative duties in the development and coordination of solicitations issued by the County, i.e., Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), Best Value Procurement (BVP), Request for Information (RFI), quotes, and others as adopted for services and commodities. This is specialized work in a centralized procurement operation with independent responsibility in the preparation of the various solicitation types, inclusive of resulting contracts.
