Welcome to the Mid-Florida Chapter of NIGP!  We invite you to take a look at what our chapter has to offer – fellowship, professional contacts, educational opportunities – we are a unique membership!

The chapter has been the recipient of the 2007 and 2009 NIGP Small Chapter of the Year and can boast finalists for Manager of the Year!  Our Charity Committee is always hard at work, devising new ways for our membership to give back to our community.  A few of the most recent activities have included a day with Habitat of Humanity, Lakeland; a morning with the Charles Richardson Adult Day Care Center in Bartow; an afternoon of hi-jinks at Cypress Gardens and a party with Santa for the Guardian Ad Litem program in Bartow.

A new initiative our chapter is involved with concerns chapter collaboration, something that NIGP is focusing on at the present time.  Our chapter has joined into a “Sister Chapter Relationship” with the Central Florida Chapter of NIGP and we look forward to supporting our sister chapter’s various educational, charitable, and professional endeavors!

Thank you for visiting our site – come as often as you like and feel free to contact any of the officers or committee chairs if you have any questions or would like to join!

Best regards,

Chris Rewis, CPPB

President
